Our client, a leader in HVAC manufacturing, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a safety-first mindset, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembly Operator
**Location:** Wichita, KS
**Pay Range:** $16.50–$18.75/hour
**Shift:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
**Contract:** Temporary, Project-Based
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of components for HVAC systems.
+ Perform final assembly, part sorting, tear-down, washing, and other tasks following detailed process control documentation.
+ Track inventory of materials and finished products
+ Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent **required**
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
+ Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions
+ Strong math skills and attention to detail
+ Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
