The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, good time management, and be detail-oriented which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Assembly Operator** **Location: Aberdeen, NC** **Pay Range: $18.00/hr** **What’s the Job?** + Operate equipment + Responsible for setting up each job based on requirements on each job packet. + Work with maintenance to reduce mechanical downtime + Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition **What’s Needed?** + High school diploma or GED (preferred) + Great attention to detail and solid mechanical aptitude + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Over one year experience in manufacturing facility required + Forklift experience + Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
