We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assembling and installing parts using various tools according to work instructions and specifications. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools according to work instructions and specifications.Fit, wire, or connect components using equipment following work instructions and specifications.Attend to equipment and ensure proper operation, participating in the implementation of production equipment and facility maintenance.Perform routine inspections on products, processes, and materials to ensure work output meets factory floor specifications.Identify and correct potentially unsafe situations or notify the Production Group Lead about unsafe conditions, recommending corrective measures when necessary.
Essential Skills1+ year of assembly experience.Experience with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers.Experience assembling with a blueprint or following work instructions.Ability to read, speak, and write English.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 pounds for up to 10 hours per shift.Good depth perception and ability to distinguish basic colors and shades.Strong attendance, attitude, and work history.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, ensuring comfort during both winter and summer. You will work in an industrial setting with approximately 10 workstations, alongside 3-4 other team members. The medium-sized warehouse is completely enclosed, except for two open shipping and receiving doors. Dress code includes a plain black t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The work schedule includes two shifts: first shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM and second shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, with the expectation of standing 100% of the time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
