**Job Title: Assembly Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Assembly Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on automated plastics assembly equipment, with a focus on mechanical and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment independently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance on hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, including PLCs.
+ Run cost reports to ensure equipment repairs remain within budget.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
+ Mechanical troubleshooting skills required; electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
+ Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ A mechanical degree is a plus.
+ Ability to troubleshoot PLCs is advantageous.
+ Must be very reliable and able to take initiative.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is very high-tech and fast-paced, with collaboration alongside a team of over 40 maintenance technicians. The position requires training on any shift for the first few months, followed by a transition to the 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift times are as follows: 1st shift: 6:48 am - 3 pm, 2nd shift: 2:48 pm - 11 pm, 3rd shift: 10:48 pm - 7 am. Shift differentials include a $1.00 increase for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and an additional $1.00 for weekends.

This is a Permanent position based out of Grandview, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.
