ResponsibilitiesWork in the storm door plant and on the assembly line, handling tasks such as pounding glass, attaching handles, bolting frames, checking parts for quality, packing products, and wiping down doors for scratches and dents.Produce up to 1,000 doors per day, operating efficiently to meet production targets.Cross-train across different stations, including assembling door frames, packaging, and drilling.Operate drills and hand tools, and twist parts or screws together while maintaining pace with production.Remain on your feet throughout the shift, frequently using your arms and hands, and be comfortable with twisting and leaning over.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.1+ years of experience in production or assembly line work.Proficiency in using hand tools and reading a tape measure.Fluency in speaking and reading English.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a diverse work environment is beneficial.Comfort with physical tasks and lifting doors approximately 45 lbs with assistance.Why Work Here?We focus on employee engagement and recognition through various events such as food trucks, lunch outings, and holiday drawings with exciting prizes. Work EnvironmentWork in a clean production environment with variable temperatures ranging from 62 to 110 degrees in summer. The large production floor includes 5 assembly lines on a conveyor belt system. Steel-toed boots, provided eye protection, and hearing protection are required. Dress code includes wearing pants or jeans, and headwear must not be lower than shoulder length.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.20/hr.
