**Job Title: Assembly Line Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our commercial filter department as assembly line workers. You will be responsible for assembling various components using basic hand tools and power tools, and reading basic schematics. This role requires lifting up to 25 pounds and working on your feet for up to 8 hours. **Responsibilities** + Assemble commercial filters using hand tools and power tools. + Read and follow basic schematics accurately. + Utilize tools such as wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, wire strippers, cutters, and pliers. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and follow basic schematics. + Strong attention to detail. + Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. + Capability to work on your feet for 8 hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly work. + Familiarity with hand or power tools. + Previous experience in order picking is a plus. + No degree required. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees and fosters a supportive and clean work environment. A single commercial filter can take up to 4 hours to complete, so comfort with independent work is necessary. The culture is highly focused on employee well-being, providing a supportive atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROSELLE, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
