Responsibilities

Establish strong team member relations at all levels and provide support for people development, coaching, and mentoring with a focus on teamwork and inclusion.Collaborate with international team members from various customers.Support and initiate the development, manage, and direct completion of projects to improve all key performance indicators (KPIs).Work with production and maintenance departments to solve chronic problems and implement countermeasure activities.Develop and execute annual plans aligned with company and department objectives.Understand the technical aspects of assembly operations, establish critical process control parameters, and ensure process parameter management.Coordinate and manage supplier/contractor activity, including job scope, expectations, safety, and schedules.Coordinate new model preparation and launch.Foster two-way communication at all levels to ensure real issues are known.Perform other related duties as assigned by the department.Ability to work outside of typical business hours and travel as needed, domestically and internationally.

This is a Permanent position based out of Huntsville, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
