**Job Title: Assembly-Days** Job Description We are currently seeking Assemblers (Operators) for our day shift. The position involves general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of parts, where you will follow assembly instructions and perform repetitious tasks. Candidates must be willing to work mandatory shift extensions or additional hours on scheduled days off. Responsibilities + Perform mechanical assembly of parts such as saddlebags, handle bars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheel/tires. + Use hand tools and RF Scan guns to scan products throughout the assembly process. + Work in production environments, completing tasks according to assembly instructions. + Be available for shift extensions up to two hours after the day shift, or on scheduled days off. Essential Skills + Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly. + Ability to perform repetitious tasks in a production environment. + Comfort with standing for up to 10 hours or more during the workday. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience in manufacturing or light assembly work is preferred but not required. + Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in different tasks. + Ability to learn and use RF Scan guns for product scanning. Work Environment You will be working in a unionized facility, performing sub-assembly in designated work areas. The environment is fast-paced and involves standing for the entire shift. The facility is not climate-controlled, so it may be warm in the summer and cold in the winter, although fans are provided in work areas. Safety glasses are provided, and regular clothing is required, with no open-toed shoes allowed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $15.75/hr.
