Temp-to-Hire position$23.50 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 02:30pm)Assemble automotive interior components (dashboards, door panels, consoles, etc.)Follow standardized work instructions and production guidelinesInspect parts for quality defects and ensure specifications are metUse hand tools and small power tools as neededMaintain production pace to meet daily goalsAssembly Associate Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but not required)Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shiftAbility to lift up to 30 lbs as neededStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
