Assembly and Test Technician - Level 2

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an Assembly and Test Technician - Level 2 to join their team. As an Assembly and Test Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of sophisticated electromechanical and electro-hydraulic control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, technical experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembly and Test Technician - Level 2
**Location:** Rocky Mount, NC
**Pay Range:** $22.00 per hour
**Shift:** 2nd Shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and record and analyze results.
+ Utilize precision tools and measuring equipment to perform assembly, in-process inspections, calibration, and testing.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with quality procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate's degree and 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
+ Mechanical and technical experience, with the ability to use precision measuring devices.
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
+ Ability to follow detailed assembly and test instructions consistently.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
