Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 02:30pm)Assemble headlamp units using small parts and hand toolsOperate tape machines and sonic welding equipmentUse wire cutters and hand tools to prepare componentsSolder wires to circuit boards with precision and accuracyPerform repetitive assembly tasks while meeting production goalsAssembly Qualifications:
Ability to work with small parts requiring good hand-eye coordination and dexterityPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferredExperience with soldering and electronic components a plusAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksMust be available to work 1 Saturday a month if needed.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
