Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Job General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: First Shift (6:40AM-3:00PM)

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Load and unload raw materials and finished products Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area Follow safety policies and promote good safety practices

What's Needed?

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently High school diploma or GED preferred Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand continuously and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and lifting Reliable and committed to safety and quality standards
