**Habilidades Esenciales para Operar Máquinas de Coser Industriales en la Fabricación de Dispositivos Médicos**
+ Dominio en el uso de máquinas de coser industriales.
+ Capacidad para preparar la máquina con el hilo correcto y ajustar la tensión.
+ Conocimientos básicos de mecánica para identificar problemas en la máquina.
+ Capacidad para seguir procedimientos estandarizados de producción y completar entrenamientos.
+ Habilidad para aumentar la producción hasta alcanzar el nivel esperado en un plazo de 13 semanas.
+ Gestión eficiente del tiempo para mantener un flujo de trabajo constante y cumplir con cuotas diarias.
+ Atención al detalle para inspeccionar productos terminados y asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
+ Compromiso con mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio, organizado y libre de riesgos.
+ Conocimiento de normas de seguridad y control de calidad en la fabricación de dispositivos médicos.
+ Destreza manual y buena coordinación ojo-mano para realizar costuras precisas.
+ Resistencia física para permanecer sentado y concentrado durante largos períodos.
+ Capacidad para resolver problemas y saber cuándo solicitar asistencia o llamar a mantenimiento.
+ Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con entrenadores, supervisores y personal de mantenimiento.
+ Habilidad para comunicar problemas, pedir ayuda y comprender instrucciones claramente.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
