Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team. As an Assembly assembly, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Assembly Technician **Location:** Clare, MI or Farwell, MI **Pay Range:** $15.50 per hour Shift - 1st - 8 am to 4 pm (OT is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy, including Saturdays) **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or a related field. + High School diploma or GED. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Strong commitment to quality and safety standards. **What's the Job?** + Perform simple and complex assembly of parts according to work orders and prints. + Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners. + Operate hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations. + Record all labor and downtime, documenting all information pertaining to each work order. + Maintain all company safety regulations to ensure a clean and healthy work environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry. + Develop your skills with hands-on training. + Contribute to high-quality production standards. + Be part of a company that values safety and employee well-being.
