Temp-to-Hire position$17.85 to $18.70 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Sunday)2nd and 3rd Shift Operated production and assembly equipment to manufacture electric motors and fan components in a high-volume environmentAssemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standardsPerformed quality inspections and testing to ensure products met company and customer specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policiesAssembly | Production Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s license requiredSolid and verifiable work historyAbility to follow written and verbal work instructionsDependable, punctual, and reliable attendanceAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
