đ What Youâll DoRead shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of ManufacturingMake electrical connections on cords/wires based on specificationsModify parts using drills, taps, countersinks, and power toolsAssemble and align parts, subassemblies, and componentsMeasure tolerances using tape measures, micrometers & calipersLabel, test, inspect, and adjust completed unitsWork at clean assembly stations & support nearby departmentsâ Must-Have SkillsExperience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or similarHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to use hand & power tools and read a tape measureDesire to work in a handsâon production environmentConsistent work historyđ Bus Way Plugs â Electrical experience required
