No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. **_Shifts Available:_** + 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM + 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM + Weekend Day: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Weekend Night: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM + _Weekend shifts are paid for 40 hours if all three days are worked._ **_Pay Range_** : $16.50-$17.50 **Key Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Manufacturing + Make electrical connections according to specifications + Modify parts using machine tools, power tools, and pneumatic hand tools + Assemble and align parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools + Measure parts using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers + Label and mark parts with identifying information + Inspect and test completed units to ensure quality and accuracy **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED + Consistent work history in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction + Electrical experience required for Bus Way Plugs + Ability to use hand and power tools and read a tape measure for Bus Way Straights + Experience with inventory tracking systems for warehouse roles + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently + Finger dexterity for precise movements **Work Environment:** + Clean, spacious facility with over 200 employees + Small assembly stations spaced 3–5 feet apart + Flexibility to work in multiple departments, including warehouse areas + **_Dress code:_** jeans, t-shirt (no muscle shirts), and steel-toe shoes **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $22.00/hr.
