Assembler – Electromechanical Production

We are hiring skilled Assemblers to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, organized facility where your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will directly contribute to the production of high-quality electromechanical units.

What You’ll DoInterpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of ManufacturingPerform precise electrical connections and mechanical assemblyUse hand, power, and pneumatic tools to modify and assemble componentsMeasure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and qualityLabel and mark parts, and test completed units to meet specificationsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or constructionComfortable using tape measures, calipers, and micrometersAbility to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequentlyStrong work ethic and desire to grow in a production environmentWhat You’ll GainCompetitive compensation with generous bonuses:$1,000 Christmas bonus13% profit-sharing bonus401(k) with 100% match up to 5%, plus an additional 5% company contributionFlexible shift options:1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM3rd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 7:30 PM – 5:00 AMWeekend Day: Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMWeekend Night: Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMCasual dress code: jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toe shoesOrientation hosted at the Aerotek officeWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $22.00/hr.
