**Assembler – Electromechanical Production** Location: Washington, PA |Type: Contract-to-Hire We are hiring skilled Assemblers to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, organized facility where your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will directly contribute to the production of high-quality electromechanical units. **What You’ll Do** + Interpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Manufacturing + Perform precise electrical connections and mechanical assembly + Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to modify and assemble components + Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality + Label and mark parts, and test completed units to meet specifications **What We’re Looking For** + High school diploma or GED + Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction + Comfortable using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently + Strong work ethic and desire to grow in a production environment **What You’ll Gain** + Competitive compensation with generous bonuses: + $1,000 Christmas bonus + 13% profit-sharing bonus + 401(k) with 100% match up to 5%, plus an additional 5% company contribution + Flexible shift options: + 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM + 3rd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM + Weekend Day: Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Weekend Night: Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM + Casual dress code: jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toe shoes + Orientation hosted at the Aerotek office **Work Environment** Join a team of over 200 employees in a spacious, well-maintained facility.
