Custom HVAC Unit Assembler – Build High‑Tech Equipment for the Data Center Industry $20-$26/hr

You’ll assemble custom HVAC units from the ground up, work with a variety of tools, and support a clean, organized shop environment. As your skills grow, you’ll have the chance to step into additional assembly areas and expand your mechanical expertise.

What You’ll DoAssemble custom HVAC and chiller units designed for national data center clientsUse hand tools and power tools to perform high-quality mechanical assemblyRead and follow blueprints, schematics, and build instructionsAssist with general shop tasks including sweeping, organizing, and shrink-wrapping units for shipmentSupport other assemblers by keeping the workspace clean, safe, and efficientWork collaboratively in a tight-knit, positive, team-oriented environmentWhat Makes You a Great Fit1–2 years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or hands-on production experienceComfortable using a variety of hand tools and power toolsAbility to read basic drawings, prints, and schematicsExperience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal, or commercial mechanical systems is a plusPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to give a crisp, confident high-five when neededWhy You’ll Love Working Here

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
