Job Description
This position is responsible for the assembly of axles and related components on the line. The role ensures a quality axle product is prepared for placement on the chassis line in a safe and timely manner, meeting all customer specifications.
ResponsibilitiesBuild axles and related assemblies efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.Achieve productivity, safety, and quality goals set by the company.Report any issues affecting the delivery of axles or assemblies to the line leader, supervisor, or direct manager.Maintain a clean working environment.Adhere to company policies, work instructions, SOPs, and safety rules.Support Quality and Environmental Policies and Management Systems.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and tool knowledge.Experience in manufacturing or production.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measure, and blueprints/schematics.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work well in a team environment.Detail-oriented and safety conscious.Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.Flexibility to work overtime.Capability to lift up to 55 lbs.Motivational skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a production facility with six assembly lines. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with 1st and 2nd shifts available (3pm - 12:30am). Required attire includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a t-shirt. Personal protective equipment such as eye, ear, and hand protection is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alburtis, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
