Job Overview

We are hiring Manufacturing / Assembly Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and rework of precision accelerometers in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves working under a microscope to clean chips, perform wire bonding using robotic bonding equipment, assemble sensor components, and test finished accelerometers to ensure optimal performance.

Technicians will follow detailed work instructions and strict quality standards while handling small, high-precision components. This position is well suited for candidates with experience in manufacturing, electronics, microelectronics, medical device, semiconductor, MEMS, or aerospace assembly.

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

3rd Shift (5x8 Nights)
$27.32/hr
Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

B Shift (4x10 Nights)
$27.32/hr
Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM

4th Shift (3x12 Days)
$28.19/hr
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

5th Shift (3x12 Nights)

$28.19/hr
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Assemble precision accelerometers and sensor sub-assemblies in a cleanroom environment

Use microscopes to clean chips and handle micro-scale components

Perform wire bonding of chips to magnets using robotic wire bonding equipment

Operate and monitor assigned production and bonding equipment

Test assembled accelerometers and perform rework or adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance

Follow work instructions, travelers, and engineering documentation

Record and report production, test, and quality data

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety, quality, ESD, and cleanroom procedures

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship required

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or electronics experience

Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (full gowning required)

Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods

Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills

Basic computer skills

English fluency (read, write, speak)

Additional Requirements

Background check required

Drug test required

Ability to reliably work assigned shift and schedule

Preferred Experience

Microelectronics, MEMS, sensor, or semiconductor assembly

Wire bonding (manual or robotic) or chip handling experience

Precision or small-part assembly

Electronics, medical device, or aerospace manufacturing

Soldering experience (hand or micro-soldering)

Reading drawings, travelers, or work instructions

Experience using microscopes, precision hand tools, or inspection equipment

Test, inspection, or rework experience

Pay Details: $27.32 per hour
