Assembler Technician
**Job Title: Assembler Technician** **Responsibilities** + Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electric robots. + Support development builds and test equipment. + Ensure products meet quality and performance standards. + Collaborate with technicians to complete daily tasks. + Follow schematics and blueprints for assembly and sub-assemblies. + Perform testing and assembly tasks as needed, following verbal or written instructions. + Assembly of electrical harnesses using work instructions and/or engineering drawings. + Functional testing of electrical assemblies using in-house designed tests, oscilloscopes, or basic multimeters. + Solder rework of through hole and SMT components. **Skills & Qualifications** + Proficient in mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. + Ability to follow schematics and blueprints. + Experience with torque wrenches, silicone sealant, Loctite, multimeter, and calipers. + Capability to perform troubleshooting tasks. + Proficient Computer skills. + Experience in assembly of electrical harnesses using work instructions or engineering drawings. + Capability in solder rework of through-hole and SMT components. + Functional testing of electrical assemblies. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a longer-term role with the potential for conversion to hire, offering stability and growth opportunities.
