**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to stay on your feet throughout the day and work collaboratively with others. You will be cross-trained in various areas, contributing to a 12-step process aimed at ensuring the quality and functionality of modems. Responsibilities + Receive and document incoming items. + Perform factory resets with manual button presses. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs. + Execute Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests. + Perform cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Conduct In-Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Prepare kits and palletize for shipping. + Ensure accurate scanning of parts at each step of the process. Essential Skills + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable standing for the entirety of the day. + Ability to work collaboratively with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. + Experience with assembly, repair, and refurbishing. + Familiarity with pack, soldering, test equipment, and RF scanners. + Ability to read blueprints and use power tools.
