Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an associate for 2nd shift.   You will be part of the Paint Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler - Second Shift-7472-Paint Dept-Spencer

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 1pm-11pm, Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

Perform heavy and repetitive lifting tasks in the paint department Place parts on racks prior to entering the paint booth and remove them afterward Learn and follow specific sequences for painting processes Read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams Cross-train in various manufacturing tasks to support team flexibility

What's Needed?

At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience High School diploma is required Experience with MRD and material ordering procedures Ability to comprehend bills of material and technical prints Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
