**Job Title: Assembler** **Pay Rate $20/Hr.** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to work at assembly benches, assembling rails and shuttles that facilitate the movement of baby incubators. The role involves using small hand tools and reading blueprints, with training provided. The task requires maintaining focus to ensure the product progresses through stations every 20 minutes, resulting in repetitive yet essential production work. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts according to specifications. + Perform bench work processes including deburring, sharpening tools, polishing, sanding, sand blasting, washing parts, drying parts, part marking, and O2 cleaning. + Package parts for shipment. + Visually inspect parts to ensure quality meets accepted standards. + Notify the area supervisor of any issues or discrepancies promptly. + Perform tasks safely and maintain a clean and organized work area. + Ensure all tasks adhere to customer requirements and policy. **Essential Skills** + Manual dexterity, organization skills, and attention to detail. + Basic reading and math skills. + Ability to acquire, retain, and apply job-related information effectively. + Self-starter capability and independence in work. + Teamwork skills. + Ability to assemble parts within a specific timeframe to meet production standards. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving company that values growth and employee well-being. The facility houses 65 employees and includes a temperature-controlled workspace at a consistent 68 degrees. Each candidate enjoys their own workbench and seating. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting between 10 to 50 pounds. Safety equipment is mandatory in areas with high noise levels, moving machinery, and potential exposure to fumes, dust, and cutting fluids.
