Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Assembler Operator to join our team in the Hollow Fiber line. This role involves operating various manual machines, loading parts, setting and running programs, and checking parts using microscopes and measurement tools. You will also utilize small hand tools and tweezers for basic assembly of components, reading from process sheets. This position requires standing for 10 hours and involves detailed work with smaller components in a non-clean room, temperature-controlled environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate manual machines and load parts for assembly.Set and run machine programs and check parts with microscopes and measurement tools.Utilize small hand tools and tweezers for basic assembly tasks.Read and follow process sheets for assembly procedures.Work with dexterity around machinery and small components.Stand for 10-hour shifts and perform assembly processes at workstations.Essential SkillsBasic reading, writing, and math skills.Experience reading from process sheets and performing documentation.Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity.1+ year of manufacturing experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly and mechanical aptitude.Hand dexterity and experience with small tools.Experience in machine operation, general labor, stocking, packaging, and medical assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean and climate-controlled environment, with full cleanroom procedures in the Hollow Fiber area. Wear a full gown with hair/beard net and eye protection in the cleanroom. Steel toe boots or shoes and safety glasses are mandatory throughout the facility. Shifts are available Monday-Thursday with potential mandatory overtime on Fridays. Each workstation is neatly organized and requires standing for 10 hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.75/hr.
