Assembler Operator
**Job Title: Assembler Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Level 2 Operator in the Hollow Fiber line, where you will work in a cleanroom environment. You will operate various manual machines, load parts, set and run programs, and check the parts. Your role includes monitoring, checking, and adjusting pressure valves, as well as overseeing products as they go through anodizing and chemical baths. This position involves detailed work around machines and manual processes, requiring mechanical aptitude, hand dexterity, and communication skills. **Responsibilities** + Operate manual machines and load parts. + Set and run machine programs. + Monitor and adjust pressure valves. + Oversee products during anodizing and chemical baths. + Perform basic assembly using small hand tools and tweezers. + Read and follow process sheets. + Consistently lift up to 20 lbs. + Stand for up to 10 hours during shifts. **Essential Skills** + Basic reading, writing, and math skills. + Experience with process sheets and documentation. + Mechanical aptitude. + Good hand dexterity. + 1+ year manufacturing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cashiering, machine operation, general labor, stocking, packaging, and medical assembly. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers reimbursement for safety shoes, competitive benefits including paid parental leave, affordable medical and dental insurance, and three weeks of PTO upon permanent hire. Full gown attire, including hair/beard nets and eye protection, is required. Jewelry and makeup are not permitted in the cleanroom. Steel toe boots or shoes and safety glasses are mandatory throughout the facility. The workspace is clean, climate-controlled, and organized. Shift hours vary: 1st shift runs from 5am to 3:30pm, and 2nd shift from 3:25pm to 1:55am, with potential mandatory overtime on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
