**Job Title: Assembler - Nights** **Job Description** Join a dynamic and growing Heat Exchange company as a Night Shift Assembler. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the assembly of shell & tube exchangers, using your expertise in mechanical and heat exchanger assembly. **Must Haves** + 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience. + Experience with heat exchangers or pressure vessels. + Proficiency in tube rolling techniques. + Strong mechanical aptitude. **Responsibilities** + Assemble components for shell & tube exchangers. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. + Operate overhead pulley systems safely. + Push, pull, and roll tubes as required. + Measure and interpret using tape measures, calipers, and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Vessel/Industrial assembly experience. + Ability to work extended hours as needed. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. The team is experienced, with long tenures, and open to sharing knowledge. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, jeans, a work shirt, and safety glasses. The night shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Expect to work around 60 hours a week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaumont, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
