Assembler/Manufacturing Associate
Seeking Assemblers/Manufacturing Associates for 1st (Day) or 2nd (Afternoon) Shift. Weekly pay and benefits available. Immediately interviewing/hiring.ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, production machine operation, inspection, or other related manufacturing tasks.Build point-to-point cables following drawings and instructions.Use basic hand tools such as soldering guns, wrenches, hand strippers, trimmers, wire cutters, chop saws, rulers, microscopes/magnifiers.Complete all necessary paperwork related to the building of assemblies.Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality.Interface with computer software for document retrieval and data entry.Skills/QualificationsProficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.Willingness/ability to cross-train and learn to be effective in various processes.Computer experience used to enter data and for record keeping.Experience with soldering, micrometers, and calipers is preferred.Experience with machine operation, especially extrusion, is a plus.Experience using microscopes and comparators is beneficial.Must be on-time, follow directions, and take feedback well to improve.Shifts

6:30am-3pm on the First Shift and 2:45pm-11pm on the Second Shift. Voluntary overtime is offered, with an expectation of consistent participation. Overtime would start at 4:15am if working 1st shift, or end at 1:15am if working 2nd shift. Overtime could be available as well on a Saturday, or at times Sunday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
