Job Title: Assembler Line Worker

Shift: 7am - 4pm M-F

Pay: $17/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assembler Line Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work within your own stand-up workstations, utilizing hand and power tools to assemble various mechanical parts of a shallow water anchor. You will be involved in assembling components such as metal poles, nuts, bolts, and pressure hoses, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate within individual workstations using hand and power tools to assemble parts.Manually lift pallets or workstations for the assembly line.Conduct quality checks on products and parts to ensure they meet specifications.Inspect and measure machined workpieces for conformance to specifications.Count and assemble kits for other components.Wrap and box components for shipment.Clean machined parts and maintain the cleanliness of workstations.Tend machines and equipment as required.

Essential Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, either mechanical or electrical.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to follow instructions and understand basic blueprints.Capability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.Understanding of safety practices in manufacturing.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and cross-train.Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in assembly line work.Blueprint reading skills.Strong mechanical inclination.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
