Job Description

As an Assembler Level 3, you will be a part of the Foodservice Division within a manufacturing company, responsible for building utility carts for the food service industry. Your role involves assembling stainless steel carts, polishing parts, and attaching casters by tightening nuts, bolts, screws, and riveting parts together.

Responsibilities

Assemble basic parts using hand and power tools.Perform mechanical assembly of carts using blueprints and work instructions.Utilize blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to assemble kitchen equipment, carts, and hot bars.Monitor product quality on a consistent basis.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Plumbing experience.Experience working with stainless steel.Experience in polishing or grinding stainless steel parts.

Work Environment

Work in a clean manufacturing plant on a 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:15 pm - 1:45 am. The workweek includes a flexible schedule where Wednesday determines the need for Friday. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and a t-shirt.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $28.50/hr.
