**Join Us at Our Hiring Event on 5/9 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Our Client’s Location!** We’re seeking **Assembly Technicians** to join our growing team in **Redmond, WA** , where you’ll be part of the manufacturing team. **If you are interested, just apply and one of our recruiters will reach out to you.** **Position: Assembly Technician** **Pay Rate:** $28.50/hour **Schedule:** Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Why Attend Our Hiring Event?** + Meet our team and learn about our mission to revolutionize the energy industry with affordable clean energy solutions. + Participate in on-site interviews with the opportunity to receive a job offer the same day. + Get an inside look at the role and the work environment directly from the team. + We also have other shifts available—reach out to a recruiter for more details! **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble parts according to detailed specifications at designated floor stations. + Test and calibrate mechanisms to ensure they meet strict tolerance standards. + Identify and troubleshoot units that fail to meet quality requirements. + Collaborate with supervisors while following established guidelines and protocols. **Skills & Experience Required:** + U.S. Citizenship is required. + 1-2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment (within the last 5 years). + Preferred experience in clean room environments. + Excellent dexterity for handling small parts. + Strong understanding of English and the ability to follow detailed instructions. + Comfortable working with a microscope for extended periods. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. + Perfect attendance is required for bonus eligibility ($1,000 after 14 days and an additional $1,000 after 60-90 days of perfect attendance).
