The assembler will work with fiber cables, where they will measure, cut, and place them in a clip. Following a blueprint or detailed work instruction, the assembler will guide each colored wire through a connector, requiring precise accuracy due to the small size of the wires. Once the wires are fed through, a small drop of epoxy is applied, and the wires are pulled through to complete a coating. The assembly is then placed in a curing device to dry the epoxy, followed by a polishing stage and testing to ensure all connections function correctly.

Work EnvironmentThe facility is a newly renovated site, continually upgraded and designed for a growing team. The work area is a clean room environment without strict dress codes, allowing business casual attire. Assemblers wear a smock during work, with optional gloves and safety glasses provided. The team operates on a 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, and a 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:15 am, with overtime available on Fridays if needed.
