The role requires precision in assembling products according to engineering documents, using both small hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives. + Use small hand and power tools effectively. + Assemble products in accordance with engineering documents. + Operate a computer to update the manufacturing status of jobs. + Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process. + Complete and maintain all required paperwork. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly, hand tools, schematics, and blueprints. + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly. + GED or high school diploma. **Why Work Here?** We offer voluntary benefits, a $125 safety shoe reimbursement once hired, and up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement, ensuring support for your professional growth and personal well-being. **Work Environment** Enjoy a clean facility with no heavy lifting, focusing on small part assembly.
