**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The assembler will receive machined parts and gather additional components as per work instructions to complete assemblies. This role involves using various hand and power tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills. Assemblers will refer to visual guides or blueprints/schematics to ensure accuracy. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility post-training. The team comprises six cells and two other assembly colleagues, including a lead. Each assembler has their own cell equipped with necessary parts and tools. Dress code is casual, requiring close-toed shoes, jeans or work pants, and a t-shirt or long sleeves. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
