Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial precision dispensing equipment, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler Electromechanical Technician to join their team. As an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title: Assembler Electromechanical Technician**
**Location: Johns Creek, GA**
**Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.54/hourly**
**Shift: 1st**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
+ Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements.
+ Repair units or products that have failed to meet specifications, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
+ Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances according to blueprint specifications.
+ Follow standard work procedures, process documentation, and quality protocols to ensure efficient and safe production.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 5 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and calibrated measurement tools.
+ Ability to read reference drawings and bills of material for proper assembly.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve product failures effectively.
