Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.  This is a direct hire opportunity offering benefits.  

Job Title: Assembler
Location: South Windham, CT
Pay Range: $22-$28
Shift: 1st Shift (6AM-230PM) Mon-Fri or 2nd Shift (1PM-11PM) Mon-Thurs

What's the Job?

Utilize assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists Gather necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Assemble and test components per instructions Maintain a safe and clean working environment Document actions by completing required production and quality forms

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical experience related to component assembly and testing Forklift experience Ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
