Our client, a leader in the plastics manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler/Deburrer to join their team. As an Assembler/Deburrer, you will be part of the production team supporting quality control and product assembly. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembler/Deburrer
**Location:** Orchard Park, NY
**Pay Range:** $18–$23
**Shifts Available:** 1st and 2nd
**What's the Job?**
+ Assembling plastic parts according to specifications or instructions, often using hand tools and following manufacturer guidelines.
+ Removing sharp edges, excess material, and cosmetic imperfections from plastic parts using tools such as files, sanders, grinders, or specialized deburring tools.
+ Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
+ Preparing finished goods for shipping.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous experience in manufacturing
+ Ability to work with small parts and hand tools effectively.
+ Meticulous attention to detail to ensure successful assembly and deburring.
+ Understanding of various deburring methods and tools.
+ Ability to adhere to assembly instructions and quality guidelines
