Job Summary:

We are seeking Assembly/Deburr Techs for our client in Rockwall, TX. This role involves detailed hands-on work with tools to deburr, assemble, and inspection of products. Seeking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate hand tools such as deburring knives, files, tumblers, and bead blast cabinets. Use repetitive filing or grinding to perfect product. Assemble components accurately using blueprints and instructions. Use hand arbor to press in hardware/pins and install components. Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance. Meet daily production goals.
Qualifications: Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions. Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools used in assembly and deburring. Strong attention to detail.
