**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler with a keen attention to detail, who is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day, and can effectively collaborate with others. The role involves being cross-trained in various areas, and following a 12-step process to ensure the quality of products. **Responsibilities** + Document received items during the receiving process. + Perform factory reset by manually pressing a button. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repairs needed, with cycle times of 60-90 minutes. + Execute Wi-Fi tests on units. + Perform elevated temperature tests. + Carry out cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Ensure quality control through IPQC (In Process Quality Control). + Prepare kits for packing. + Pack and build pallets for shipping kits to AT&T. + Ship completed units. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable standing for extended periods. + Ability to work collaboratively with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas. + Experience with assembly and repair. + Proficiency in using test equipment and RF scanners. + Ability to read blueprints and use power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. + Experience with soldering. + Capability to refurbish and inspect quality of stock. **Why Work Here?** Join the startup of a major partnership offering growth opportunities into leadership roles.
