**Assembler - Elgin, IL** **5am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday $16/hr** **4pm - 2:30am Monday - Thursday $18/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated assemblers with a strong attention to detail who are comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day. Teamwork and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas are essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities** + Document received items during the receiving process. + Perform factory resets by manually pressing a button. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units, determining repair needs with cycle times of 60-90 minutes. + Execute Wi-Fi tests to ensure connectivity. + Conduct elevated temperature tests to assess product durability. + Perform cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Carry out In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Assemble kits for shipping. + Build pallets for AT&T in kits for packing out. + Prepare items for shipment. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Assembly and packing skills. + Experience in repair and refurbishing parts. + Quality inspection capabilities. + Proficiency in using test equipment, RF scanners, computers, and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and perform general labor tasks. + Hand dexterity. + Strong attention to detail. + Punctuality. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic startup that offers growth opportunities into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
