**Manufacturing Associate II- High‑Tech Manufacturing Environment (Gilbert, AZ)**

**What You’ll Do**
+ Perform **advanced mechanical assembly** of components and sub‑assemblies with exceptional accuracy.
+ Interpret detailed **blueprints, schematics, and technical documents** to ensure correct assembly.
+ Diagnose and resolve complex assembly and product functionality issues.
+ Coach, mentor, and train junior assemblers on techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations.
+ Champion and uphold all **safety, regulatory, and compliance** standards.
+ Identify opportunities to improve assembly efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams to solve design or manufacturing challenges.
+ Conduct **final inspections** and testing to verify products meet quality and performance requirements.
+ Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts, materials, and components.
+ Assist in the **setup, calibration, and operation** of automated or semi‑automated assembly equipment.
+ Support and promote **lean manufacturing** initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
**What You Bring**
+ Hands‑on experience working on an assembly line or within a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong mechanical assembly skills for both small and large components.
+ Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and schematics with high accuracy and a low error rate.
+ Expertise in reading and understanding engineering drawings and complex technical documents.
+ Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
+ Solid understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
+ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
**Preferred Extras**

**Your Work Environment**
Located in vibrant **Gilbert, Arizona** , this role provides:
+ A **Monday–Thursday schedule** , 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
+ Occasional additional hours on Fridays and weekends
+ A climate‑controlled manufacturing space designed for comfort and efficiency
+ Physical activity including lifting up to **35 lbs** , standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, and climbing portable ladders
+ Required **PPE** and a strong focus on safety

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
