A prominent, family-owned company is seeking a framing carpenter to assist with new build projects. The role involves prefab framing including trusses, walls, and floors. Candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of a crew, with responsibilities including measuring, cutting, and assembling framing lumber.

ResponsibilitiesEngage in prefab framing including trusses, walls, and floors.Work independently and collaboratively with a crew.Measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber accurately.Attend safety orientation on the first day and be present on-site daily.Essential SkillsProficiency in framing and carpentry.Experience in stick/wood framing for at least 1 year.Proficiency in using a tape measure and nail gun.Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Possession of a tool belt and basic construction tools.Reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in prefab and framing carpentry.General labor and rough carpentry skills.Experience in commercial construction.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes new commercial builds, multifamily builds, and new development projects. The shift is from 7 AM to 5 PM, and safety orientation is mandatory on the first day. Employees are expected to bring their own tools and adhere to safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
