**Job Title: Entry Level General Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team as an assembler, where you will be responsible for performing the initial assembly of high-end office furniture. This role requires proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products, as well as the ability to operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, and interpret blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform first assembly of high-end office furniture. + Use hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. + Operate table saws, band saws, and miter saws. + Read and interpret blueprints for product assembly. + Participate in packaging and paint preparation. + Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met. **Essential Skills** + Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, and assembly. + Ability to read blueprints. + Proficiency in using miter saw, table saw, band saw, and hand tools. + Knowledge in woodworking and finish carpentry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction. + Machine operation experience is preferred but not required. + Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints. **Why Work Here?** This is a family-operated company offering numerous growth opportunities. You can wear jeans or shorts during the summer. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
