Are you a detail?oriented manufacturing professional who takes pride in quality, precision, and teamwork? We’re looking for an experienced Assembler to perform electromechanical assembly, subassembly, refurbishment, testing, and documentation activities in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role also provides opportunities to mentor others and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About the RoleIn this hands?on production role, you will support the full assembly lifecycle—from material preparation and documentation through final testing and packaging. You will work with electrical and mechanical components, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and help ensure production output meets schedule and quality requirements. This position also plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
What You’ll Do Assist with set?up of workstations, ensuring correct documentation, labeling, and materials are present Perform assembly, refurbishment, subassembly, and testing of electromechanical components per established procedures Complete all documentation accurately using Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Maintain lot separation and segregation using approved methods (e.g., caution tape, security ribbons, physical barriers) Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant before, during, and after production runs Train and mentor coworkers on proper processes, procedures, and equipment operation Perform and record production counts, and transport finished goods to designated areas Assist in end?of?shift shutdown, including equipment power?down Support processing of nonconforming material according to NCMR instructions Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards, including required gowning procedures and hygiene protocols What You Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teammates Demonstrated detail orientation and ability to detect visual quality issues Ability to multi?task while maintaining accuracy and focus Good organizational and housekeeping habits Awareness of safety, accuracy, and process parameters Preferred 1+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in electromechanical assembly Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Physical & Environmental RequirementsThis role requires:

Pay Details: $16.86 per hour
