Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $26.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts availableShifts:
Day shift: Monday-Thursday, some Fridays, 7:00 am 5:30 pmNight shift: Monday-Thursday, some Fridays, starting at 5:30 pm- 3:30 am- $3 shift differentialWeekend shift: start at 5:00 am or 5:30 pm Friday-Sunday- $2.50 shift differentialMandatory overtime may be required on occasionDUTIES:
Assemble product components using appropriate tools and fixtures.Perform testing on completed products to ensure proper function and quality.Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly or testing.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Use precision measuring tools and maintain correct tolerances for mechanical assemblies.Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.Assembler Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferredMechanically inclined; comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential.Must have a valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs repetitivelyPre-employment physical is requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
