What You’ll DoBuild custom HVAC and chiller units from the ground up for major data center clientsUse a wide variety of hand tools and power tools to complete high‑quality mechanical assemblyFollow blueprints, schematics, and detailed build instructionsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop through sweeping, organizing, and prepping finished units for shipmentSupport fellow assemblers and contribute to a team environment where everyone winsGrow your skills and move into additional assembly areas as you developWhat Makes You a Great Fit1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands‑on productionComfortable with a variety of tools and mechanical processesAble to read basic mechanical drawings and schematicsExperience with HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal, or commercial mechanical systems is a strong plusPositive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn—and a crisp high‑five when the moment calls for itWhy You’ll Love Working Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
