Job Description
We are seeking a skilled assemblers and a great company in the Asheville area. This role requires attention to detail in selecting components, aligning, and assembling them in the correct sequence using various techniques and tools. The assembler will be instrumental in ensuring that the assembly meets quality standards and follows specified guidelines.
Responsibilities
Assemble components and sub‑assemblies in the correct sequence per SOE, using hand and power tools.Install wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components by reading wiring diagrams and following color codes.Inspect parts and assemblies at key stages to ensure quality standards and custom requirements are met.Operate tools and equipment such as drills, rivet guns, hy‑pot testers, presses, and material‑handling aids.Support line operations as needed and manage materials using the company's inventory system.Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools such as drills, rivet guns, saws, hy-pot testers, and drill presses.Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.Knowledge of color codes for wiring and related procedures.Experience with the Kanban inventory system.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The assembler will work in a facility equipped with various hand tools and machinery necessary for accurate and efficient assembly. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Asheville, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
