If you enjoy learning new skills, working with great people, and being part of a company that’s growing fast, this is the place for you. **What You’ll Do** + Log and document incoming parts in Receiving + Perform factory resets and run automated testing on up to 32 units at a time + Complete Wi‑Fi and elevated‑temperature performance tests + Clean, repair, and prepare units for the next stage + Conduct in‑process quality checks (IPQC) + Assemble and package kits for shipment + Build AT&T pallets and prepare outgoing orders + Scan components at every step to ensure accuracy **What Makes You a Great Fit** + Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right + Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day + Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn + Reliable, punctual, and adaptable + Experience with assembly, picking/packing, or retail is a plus + Familiarity with repair, refurbishment, or electronics is helpful + Comfortable using tools such as soldering equipment, RF scanners, computers, and power tools **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlett, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
